• Conduct on-site façade testing and inspections to assess construction quality
• Perform testing and inspection activities for MEP systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and ELV.
• Collect and analyse on-site data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive test reports documenting findings and compliance.
• Apply QA/QC best practices to maintain high-quality standards across all projects.
• Prepare and review technical documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
