Our client is a regional hospitality company with hotels and resorts under their brand. Cornerstone was engaged by one of their central hotels located in the The Palm to conduct air tightness testing via using blower doors.
The requirement was critical as it was mandated for the particular building to comply with EHS building guidelines. We used multiple quality blower doors to test whole building integrity and individual room compliance to minimum air leakage limits.
Cornerstone’s ATTMA qualified inspectors were dispatched into teams of two to complete the testing across all the hotel rooms with no disruption to guest experience.
The client’s confidence in our team executing comparable projects with multi-fan requirements and our overall quality working in a hospitality environment was well noted.
