Our client, a prominent Norwegian chemicals company specializing in decorative paints and coatings, engaged Cornerstone to conduct indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring for their new labour accommodation facility. The test was conducted in accordance with ISO/ASTM standards to earn LEED credits for their LEED rating application.

Concern

Ensuring indoor air quality parameters met LEED compliance standards post-cleaning of AC ducts in a new staff facility.

Approach

Cornerstone's team of IAQ specialists utilized high-accuracy industry-leading equipment to monitor air quality parameters such as CO2, CO, O2, Relative Humidity, and PM10. Air samples were collected according to LEED sampling methods and monitored for 8 hours per sample.
