Project Overview
Cornerstone was entrusted with conducting essential building envelope assessments as part of the Jebel Ali Refinery Expansion Project undertaken by ENOC in JAFZA, UAE. Scope of Work
- Blower Door Test: Our team conducted blower door tests to evaluate the air tightness of the newly constructed buildings. By pressurizing and depressurizing the building envelope, we identified areas of air leakage, such as gaps and cracks, enabling targeted remediation efforts to enhance energy efficiency and indoor comfort.
