Whether it is a newly constructed building, or an existing building, Dubai Green Building Code and Estidama requires all buildings to ensure that their HVAC systems are certified as “clean” in accordance with NADCA ACR 2013 and TR19.
At Cornerstone, we have NADCA certified Air System Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) and Ventilation System Mold Remediators (VSMR), who use visual and quantitative methods to conduct surveys to determine the cleanliness of the HVAC system.
